9. Refund Policy

Refund Due to Freelancer Non-Response or Disappearance
  • Action: If the freelancer fails to communicate or disappears during the project, the client should immediately notify the TaskersHub support team.
  • Outcome: TaskersHub will make reasonable efforts to contact the freelancer. If the freelancer cannot be contacted or is unresponsive, TaskersHub will offer the client the following options:
    • Find a replacement freelancer: TaskersHub will assist the client in finding a suitable replacement freelancer to complete the project.
    • Project Cancellation and Refund: The client may request a full or partial refund depending on the stage of project completion and any work already delivered.
 
Refund Due to Mismatch Between Output and Brief
  • Action: If the final output delivered by the freelancer does not align with the project brief, the client must submit a detailed refund request to TaskersHub support within 7 days of receiving the final output. The request should include:
    • A clear description of the discrepancies between the delivered work and the original project brief.
    • Supporting evidence, such as screenshots, communication logs, and the original project brief.
  • Outcome: TaskersHub will review the client's request and the freelancer's work. If the freelancer is deemed to have failed to meet the project requirements, TaskersHub will:
    • Mediate with the freelancer: Attempt to resolve the issue by mediating between the client and the freelancer to revise or complete the project according to the brief.
    • Partial or Full Refund: Depending on the severity of the discrepancy and the extent of work completed, TaskersHub may issue a partial or full refund to the client.
 
Refund for Missed Deadlines
  • Action: If the freelancer fails to meet the agreed-upon project deadline, the client should immediately notify TaskersHub support.
  • Outcome: TaskersHub will investigate the delay and communicate with the freelancer. If the delay is deemed to be the freelancer's fault without prior agreement or a valid, justifiable reason, the client may be eligible for a refund depending on the severity of the delay. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
